Responsibilities

  • Customer Technical Support – Responsible for supporting the Help Desk organization to ensure Accenture technology infrastructure services are delivered in a manner that meets client business needs and expectations.
  • Receives and responds to client issues, problems, and requests.
  • Ensures proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking, and control of all incidents.
  • Provides first-level support for resolution of client incidents. Combines proven technical qualities with exceptional customer service in daily responsibilities.
  • Work is performed with general supervision.
